Recommended Dosage

Mix one serving of 30–45 g (approximately 2–3 heaped tablespoons or 2–3 scoops; one scoop contains 15 g of powder) with 300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. It is recommended to consume within 45 minutes after training.
To supplement your daily protein intake, an additional 30 g can be taken between meals or in the evening to support recovery. The serving size depends on body weight, level of physical activity, and protein intake from your regular diet.
This product is designed to be suitable for any time of day: a light breakfast, snack, post-workout recovery, or a second dinner.
