The Seller reserves the right to change\nthe terms at any time, with such changes taking effect after publication on these websites.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">When the Customer confirms the order and makes payment, the contract is considered concluded,\nand the Seller undertakes to send the Customer, by email, confirmation that the order has been\nreceived, with notice that the contract has been concluded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">For a validly concluded contract, the Customer must be a person with full legal capacity. The\nCustomer is responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of the entered data during\nregistration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">By using the services of the 7fit.hr store, you accept these Terms of Sale, that is, you acknowledge\nthe pre-contractual information contained in this text. If you do not agree with the terms, do not\nuse these pages or order products through them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">This website contains information about the products and services of Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc and\nserves as an electronic point of sale \u2013 an online store.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The sales contract for products or services between the Customer and the Seller is concluded at\nthe moment the Seller receives confirmation of the Customer\u2019s payment at the Seller\u2019s email\naddress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Purchase and delivery of products can be carried out within the territory of the Republic of Croatia\nand abroad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">By purchasing products or services through the online store, it is considered that the user has read,\nacknowledged all the stated information, and consequently accepted the General Terms, i.e. the\npre-contractual information, as an integral part of the sales contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">A Customer who is a natural person may only be an adult person with legal capacity. Contracts on\nbehalf of and for the account of minors and completely legally incapacitated persons may be\nconcluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and partially legally capable persons may\nconclude contracts only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller bears\nno responsibility for actions contrary to this provision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Customers are obliged to provide accurate, valid, and complete personal data when filling out the\norder form, to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller reserves the right not to deliver the order if there is suspicion of abuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller is authorized, without prior notice, to change the content of these General Terms, i.e.\npre-contractual information, the product assortment, their prices, other information related to the\nonline store, as well as all other content, which is why Customers are obliged to review its content\nbefore each purchase. Acting contrary to this releases the Seller from any liability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller undertakes to ensure the possibility of saving, reusing, and reproducing these precontractual notices, while the Customer undertakes to keep them upon delivery by email.<\/p>\n<h3>II. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Main characteristics of the goods: products and services are descriptively presented for each\nproduct separately, with a more detailed display using photographs, for each product separately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not always and in all details\ncorrespond to the products that are the subject of the order. The Seller particularly points out that\nthe visual identity of the product shown in the photograph may not correspond to the appearance\nof the product in reality, especially considering the possibility of individual monitor settings,\ndifferences in color perception by the human eye, as well as due to subsequent software upgrades.\nAccordingly, the Seller cannot guarantee complete conformity of product colors with the colorsusers see on their monitor screens. In the event of the aforementioned discrepancy between the\nproduct shown in the photograph and the delivered product, this does not constitute a product\ndefect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Products and services available for purchase are displayed on the website, and information about\nthe product specifications and prices is provided next to each displayed product. Product\ninformation (product description, price, etc.) displayed on 7fit.hr is subject to bugs, application\nmalfunctions, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, and the like.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Only products that can be added to the cart through the online store may be the subject of an\norder. If an item cannot be delivered, and the Customer has already paid the amount for the\ndisputed product or service, Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc will refund the Customer for that product or\nservice in the same way the payment was made.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western translation-block\" lang=\"en-GB\">If you have questions or need advice about any product or service, please contact us at the email\naddress <a href=\"mailto:7fit@7fit.hr\" target=\"_self\">7fit@7fit.hr<\/a> or by phone: +385 99 2630 700<\/p>\n<h3>III. ORDERING<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">To make a purchase in the online store, registration is not mandatory, and you may also access it as\na guest. It is only necessary in the first step of the checkout process to leave a valid email address\n(one to which you have access enabled) so that after entering the data required for delivery, it is\npossible to send you an order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">If you do not want to enter the data required for issuing invoices\/delivery addresses and payment\nmethod information every time during a purchase, quick registration is recommended. You only\nneed to enter a valid email address, personal data required for execution of the contract, and a\npassword used to access the user account once.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">After entering the requested data, registration must be confirmed by clicking the \u201cRegistration\u201d\nfield. The created user account remains registered in the system, and it is accessed by a\ncombination of username and password on the page under the link: \u201cLog in\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">In case you forgot your password, on the same page you should click on \u201cForgot password?\u201d. You\nwill be taken to a page where you can leave the email address with which you registered on the\nwebshop, after which the system automatically sends you a link through which you will reset the\npassword and receive a new one.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">In short, after creating a user account, for each further purchase only logging in with a username\nand password is required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">As a guest or registered user, you order products or services in the same way. You choose items\nfrom the online store offer divided into different categories, and you can also search for products\nusing the search engine located at the top right of the page. If a product is not available, you will\nnot be able to add it to the cart. The cart contains an overview of all ordered products, product\nprices and quantities, delivery amount, and the total order amount (including delivery and VAT).\nWhen you find a product or service you want to order in the offer, add it to the cart by clicking the\nAdd to Cart button and proceed to checkout. Then fill in your data necessary for execution of the\ncontract, choose the delivery method, and click the Next button. After that choose the payment\nmethod: credit card or bank transfer. If you have a code or coupon for a discount, first enter it in\nthe designated box and then click the Order button, after which the system will guide you further\ndepending on the selected payment method.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">When entering delivery data, you are obliged to enter accurate, valid, and complete data because\notherwise Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc cannot guarantee that delivery will be carried out. Also, please\nenter the correct phone number so that our employees or the courier service can contact you if\nnecessary. If the invoice delivery data differs from the shipment delivery data, uncheck the box\nInvoice delivery data is the same as product delivery data and enter the invoice delivery data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">As a payment method, you can choose between credit card payment or payment to a business\nbank account. After selecting the payment type, it is necessary to check the box I agree with the\npurchase terms and click the Submit order link. When choosing payment by bank transfer, the\nCustomer receives an order confirmation by email with all the data required to make the payment.\nThe payment deadline is 3 days, after which the order is automatically canceled, and the products\nreserved by the Customer in this way in the online store are removed from reservation and\nbecome available again to other customers for ordering. If the Customer selected card payment as\nthe payment option, the system transfers you to a secure online payment page where you enter\nthe requested data. After successful completion of the form, the Customer receives an order\nconfirmation by email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Below the list of products or services, with the corresponding prices for each product or service,\nthe total price including VAT will be displayed, and with visible payment to the Seller\u2019s bank\naccount, the order will be considered executed. In the cart you have an overview of all items\nselected up to that point, item prices and quantities, and the total order amount (including VAT).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">When you have completed the selection of desired items and decided to purchase them, click the\nSubmit order button to complete the purchase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The order is considered successfully received at the moment the customer completes the entire\nordering process, after which the customer receives an order confirmation and payment offer by\nemail, depending on the selected payment method. If you do not receive such a message, check\nyour Spam\/Junk mail folder or check whether your mailbox is full. If the order confirmation is not\nreceived, it means that the ordering process was not successfully completed, and we ask you to try\nplacing the order again.<\/p>\n<h3>VI. TERMS AND DEADLINES OF PAYMENT, DELIVERY TERMS OF GOODS, DELIVERY TIME OF\nGOODS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods to Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc in the manner\nselected during the order creation, which is stated in the offer delivered to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">In the case of payment by credit card, general payment, and e-banking, payment must be made no\nlater than within the deadline specified in the offer contained in the email confirming that the\ncontract has been concluded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">In the event that payment is not made within the specified deadline, the Seller will proceed even\nafter subsequently executed payment, and if delivery cannot be made for justified reasons, the\nSeller will unilaterally terminate the contract and refund the paid funds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">If payment has been duly made and is visible in the Seller\u2019s account, the Seller will immediately\nproceed with the delivery of the ordered products or services, i.e. delivery of the ordered goods\nand similar, to the provided address.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">By e-banking<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Via Revolut payment service\/Credit card<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Cash on delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Naru\u010dene proizvode isporu\u010dujemo putem HP, GLS distribucije (General Logistics Systems Croatia d.o.o.) i Overseas kurirskih slu\u017ebi. Nakon zaprimljene narud\u017ebe i vidljive uplate ,paket se priprema i \u0161alje se obavijest slu\u017ebi o prikupu. Kupac \u0107e potom na dostavljeni broj mobitela zaprimiti sms da je njegova po\u0161iljka zaprimljena i da \u0107e biti obavije\u0161ten o vremenu dostave na isti na\u010din. Isporuka \u0107e uslijediti najkasnije u roku 7 radnih dana od vidljive uplate na ra\u010dunu Prodavatelja, odnosno 15 dana u ostale zemlje. Ukoliko se pojavi nemogu\u0107nost isporuke odabranog proizvoda zbog toga \u0161to proizvoda vi\u0161e nema, Prodavatelj je du\u017ean odmah obavijestiti Kupca, a Kupac ima pravo raskinuti ugovor i tra\u017eiti povrat novca ili pristati na naknadni rok za isporuku. Sve naru\u010dene artikle nastojat \u0107emo isporu\u010diti u jednom paketu. Ukoliko to zbog stanja zaliha ne\u0107e biti mogu\u0107e, zadr\u017eavamo pravo isporuke u vi\u0161e po\u0161iljki.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Delivery deadlines do not include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the day of receipt of the order\/request<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">delay time due to incorrect and incomplete Customer address<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">delay time due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not responsible<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">non-working days if they represent the beginning or end of the deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>V. PRICES<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The prices displayed on the 7fit.hr website are expressed in euros, with VAT separately stated.\nDelivery costs are shown separately and independently. Delivery costs are not included in product\nprices because the Customer pays delivery costs separately. In the case of payment by e-banking\nand general payment slip, payment and\/or interbank transaction costs are not included in the\nprice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Delivery costs are communicated during ordering for each individual product, as well as total\ndelivery costs in the case of ordering multiple products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">In the event of inability to properly deliver to the Customer\u2019s address specified by the Customer,\nthe Customer bears the costs of re-delivery to the same or another address depending on which\ndata the Customer provides to the Seller during verification of order delivery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Products and services are delivered at the prices valid on the day of ordering regardless of the\ndelivery date. We reserve the right to change prices unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<h3>VI. COSTS OF USING MEANS OF DISTANCE COMMUNICATION<\/h3>\n<p>The Seller has no additional costs of means of distance communication.<\/p>\n<h3>VII. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY STATEMENT<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">These rules determine and regulate how the Seller uses and protects all information that\ncustomers provide when using the 7fit.hr website, especially regarding the Customer\u2019s or website\nvisitor\u2019s personal data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Personal data is any information relating to an identified natural person or a natural person who\ncan be identified. Specifically, personal data includes all data establishing the customer\u2019s identity\n(for example name and surname, email address, residential address, etc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Processing of personal data is any operation or set of operations performed on personal data,\nwhether by automatic means or not, such as collection, recording, organization, storage,\nadaptation or alteration, retrieval, inspection, use, disclosure by transmission, publication or\notherwise making available, classification or combination, blocking, deletion or destruction, and\ncarrying out logical, mathematical, and other operations with such data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">By registering on the 7fit.hr website, the Customer gives separate consent for the Seller to process\ntheir personal data stated in the registration form for specific purpose(s), as well as order data and\ndata available in the service payment process and the like. The purposes that the Seller may\nhighlight in the registration form require separate consent for each individually, except those\nnecessary for concluding the contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller undertakes to preserve the privacy of all Customers\u2019 personal data and will treat them in\naccordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (679\/2016) EU and other applicable\nnational regulations. The Seller may not and will not unauthorizedly use or make available to third\nparties the collected personal data of Customers and website visitors, except in cases where a\nspecial law allows it or when necessary for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. All\nSeller employees and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy protection\nprinciples.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc undertakes not to misuse personal data from the order form nor hand it over\nto third parties without your permission, except in cases expressly prescribed by law and in cases\nwhen it is necessary to fulfill obligations. Personal data includes all data establishing the\nCustomer\u2019s identity (for example name and surname, email address, residential address, etc.),\nwhich serve the purpose of executing the contract and possible sending of special offers and\nnewsletters to registered users, with separately obtained consent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Svi podaci o kupcima strogo se \u010duvaju i dostupni su samo djelatnicima kojima su ti podaci nu\u017eni za obavljanje posla. Svi djelatnici Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc i poslovni partneri odgovorni su za po\u0161tivanje na\u010dela za\u0161tite privatnosti. Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc se obavezuje pru\u017eati za\u0161titu osobnih podataka kupaca na na\u010din da prikuplja samo osnovne podatke o kupcima koji su nu\u017eni za ispunjenje obveza, odnosno izvr\u0161enje ugovora. Podatke koji se pristupom na internetsku stranicu automatski bilje\u017ee (IP adresa, ime domene, vrste pretra\u017eiva\u010da, broj posjeta, vrijeme provedeno na stranicama i sl.). Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc koristiti ce isklju\u010divo radi ocjene posje\u0107enosti internetske stranice i radi pobolj\u0161anja njezina sadr\u017eaja i funkcionalnosti, odnosno u statisti\u010dke svrhe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc informs customers about the way collected data is used and uses it for\nmarketing campaigns exclusively with separately obtained consent. In the event of a change of any\npersonal data (e.g. place of residence, delivery address) recorded during registration, the customer\nis obliged to make the change in the user data as well. If the customer does not make the changes,\nHucik-Consulting O\u00dc is not responsible for any deficiencies regarding the order, delivery of product\nor service, or inaccurate invoice data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western translation-block\" lang=\"en-GB\">If the Customer no longer wishes the Seller to process their data in any way, requests deletion,\ncorrection, or transfer of their data, they must notify the Seller by email to: <a href=\"mailto:7fit@7fit.hr\" target=\"_self\">7fit@7fit.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller retains Customer data for 5 (five) years from the day the business relationship ends,\nafter which the personal data is deleted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">If the Customer has complaints regarding the processing of their data by the Seller, they may\nsubmit a complaint to the competent state authority in accordance with the General Data\nProtection Regulation and national legislation.<\/p>\n<h3>VIII. ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT<\/h3>\n<p>The confidentiality of Customer data is protected and secured by SSL encryption (SSL encryption is\na process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission).<\/p>\n<h3>IX. To\ndetermine the specific order to which you have a complaint more quickly, please also state the\norder number, invoice number, or your username in the complaint. Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc will\nconfirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and you will receive a written response\nno later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.<\/p>\n<h3>X. LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller is liable for material defects of items sold on its pages in accordance with the positive\nregulations of the Republic of Croatia, especially the Civil Obligations Act.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Upon receipt of the product, verification of the correctness of the order depends on the customer,\nand the customer is obliged to check the correctness of the product.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling\nin transport\/delivery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">If the shipment is damaged in transport, such damage is visible upon receipt of the shipment, and\nin that case we suggest that the Customer does not take over the shipment. Please contact us so\nwe can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western translation-block\" lang=\"en-GB\">In the case of a visible defect of the product upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer is not\nobliged to take over the delivered product, may refuse receipt, and does not bear the delivery\ncosts of such product. It is considered that products properly received by the Customer had no\nvisible defect. The Customer has the right to complain regarding material defects within the\ndeadlines and for the reasons prescribed by the Civil Obligations Act. The Customer may send a\nwritten complaint\/reclamation to the email:  <a href=\"mailto:7fit@7fit.hr\" target=\"_self\">7fit@7fit.hr<\/a>, s naznakom: <strong>complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller will respond to the received complaint no later than within 15 days. The Seller will\nconsider the complaint valid if examination of the product determines that it meets the conditions\nfor complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act. In that\ncase, after receiving a valid complaint, the Seller will offer the Customer a replacement product or\nrefund of the full paid amount in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, i.e. at its\nown expense send the Customer the products ordered but not delivered.<\/p>\n<h3>XI. EXCHANGE, RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS RETURN OF GOODS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">delivery that was not ordered<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">delivery that has an error or damage,<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">other cases in accordance with legal frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>XII. EXCHANGE OF GOODS<\/h3>\n<p>In the case when the purchased product has a defect, and the Customer informed the Seller about\nit on time, the Customer may request replacement of the purchased product. Products with visible\ndamage, products the customer attempted to repair or modify, and products damaged due to\ninappropriate use cannot be exchanged.<\/p>\n<h3>XIII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Seller will approve return of the product to the customer after a justified complaint received\nexclusively in writing via email. In that case please send us information with the order number,\nproduct serial number, invoice number or your username, and description of the complaint by\nemail to: <a href=\"mailto:7fit@7fit.hr\" target=\"_self\">7fit@7fit.hr<\/a>. The Seller will respond to the received complaint no later than within 15\ndays. The Seller will consider the complaint valid if examination of the product determines that it\nmeets the conditions for complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and Consumer\nProtection Act. In the case of a justified complaint, termination of the contract with refund of the\npaid amount or replacement of the product is enabled. In the case of inability to deliver another\nproduct, the seller will compensate the customer for the value of the product it is no longer able to\ndeliver.<br><br>In the event of a dispute regarding the justification of the complaint and\/or the way the product\nwas returned, the product will be given for expert examination to an expert or professional legal\nentity. If expert examination determines the complaint justified, all replacement costs are borne by\nHucik-Consulting O\u00dc, and in the case of an unjustified complaint the cost will be borne by the\ncustomer.<\/p>\n<h3>XIV. UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF PRODUCT PURCHASE CONTRACT<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the\ncontract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The contract\ncancellation period begins from the day the customer received the product. The customer must\nnotify the seller of contract cancellation in writing (via email) using the standard information form\nfor unilateral termination of contracts prescribed by the Ordinance on the Consumer\u2019s Right to\nUnilateral Termination of Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Outside Business Premises.\nThe contract is considered canceled when the seller receives written notification, about which theCustomer will be informed by email without delay. The Customer must return the goods without\ndelay, and no later than within 14 days from when, pursuant to Article 74 of the Consumer\nProtection Act, they informed the seller of their decision to terminate the contract. The Seller\nundertakes to refund the customer the full product value within 14 days, and the deadline begins\nfrom the day the product is returned to the seller. A Customer exercising their right to unilateral\ncontract termination must bear the direct costs of returning the product. Pursuant to Article 77\nParagraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any diminished value\nof the purchased product resulting from handling of the purchased product. The Seller determines\nreturn conditions \u2013 percentages of reduction of the refund amount to the customer due to\ndiminished product value.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Customer is obliged before expiry of the unilateral termination deadline to notify the Seller oftheir decision to terminate the contract via the Contract Unilateral Termination Form which can be\nelectronically completed and sent to the email address: 7fit@7fit.hr, and you can find it at the <a href=\"https:\/\/7fit.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/7FIT_obrazac_za_jednostrani_raskid_ugovora-digital-form-1.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #ff4000;\">link<\/span><\/a>. We will deliver confirmation of receipt of the unilateral termination notification to you without\ndelay by email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western translation-block\" lang=\"en-GB\">If the Customer unilaterally terminates this Contract, Hucik-Consulting O\u00dc will refund the money\nfor the product received from the Customer without delay, and no later than within 14 days from\nthe day the Customer\u2019s decision on unilateral contract termination was received. Return shipping\ncosts are borne by the Customer unless the reason for return is the Seller\u2019s responsibility. The\nrefund will be made in the same way the Customer made the payment. Refund may only be made\nafter the goods have been returned or after the Customer has provided proof that the goods were\nsent back. The Customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, and no later than within 14\ndays from the day the Customer sent the decision on unilateral termination. Return the goods by\nmail or personally in a provable way to our central warehouse at the address: <strong>Kosirnikova 40,\n10000 Zagreb.<\/strong> It is considered that the Customer fulfilled their return obligation on time if before\nexpiry of the aforementioned deadline they send\/deliver in a provable way (registered shipment or\npersonally) the goods to us at our warehouse. You are responsible for any diminished value of the\ngoods resulting from handling of the goods, except what was necessary to determine the nature,\ncharacteristics, and functionality of the goods. If the product is returned defective, with major\ndamage or without parts and documentation, and if these are not delivered within an additional\nperiod of 8 days, it is considered that the Customer did not fulfill their obligation to return the\ngoods, and the Seller is not obliged to refund the paid funds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>The Customer does not have the right to unilateral contract termination if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the contract for services has been fully fulfilled by the Seller, and fulfillment began with the\nCustomer\u2019s express prior consent and with their confirmation that they are aware that they\nwill lose the right to unilateral contract termination from this section if the service is fully\nfulfilled;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on changes in the\nfinancial market beyond the Seller\u2019s influence, which may occur during the Customer\u2019s right\nto unilateral contract termination;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is goods made according to the Customer\u2019s specification or\nclearly customized for the Customer;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is perishable goods or goods that quickly expire;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene\nreasons if unsealed after delivery;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the Customer specifically requested the Seller\u2019s visit for urgent repairs or maintenance\nwork, provided that if during such visit, in addition to services expressly requested by the\nCustomer, the Seller also provides other services or delivers other goods besides those\nnecessary for urgent repairs or maintenance, the Seller has the right to unilateral contract\ntermination regarding those additional services or goods;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is delivery of sealed audio or video recordings, or computer\nprograms, unsealed after delivery;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the contract was concluded at a public auction;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is provision of accommodation services not intended for\nhousing, provision of goods transport services, vehicle rental services, if agreed that the\nservice will be provided on a specific date or within a specific period;<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">the subject of the contract is delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium\nif fulfillment began with the Customer\u2019s express prior consent and with their confirmation\nthat they are aware that they thereby lose the right to unilateral contract termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>XV. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The contract concluded by the Customer with the Seller is a one-time distance sales contract for\nproducts consumed by delivery of goods and payment execution by the customer, unless\nterminated. These Pre-contractual Notices form an integral part of the contract.<\/p>\n<h3>XVI. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">For everything not regulated by these terms of use, the Electronic Commerce Act, Consumer\nProtection Act, Civil Obligations Act, and other legal regulations partially regulating individual\nissues from this area shall apply.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">The Seller and Customer will attempt to resolve all possible disputes amicably, and if they fail to do\nso, the court with subject matter jurisdiction in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">Disputes may also be resolved out of court in the case of a mediation proposal before an\nauthorized mediation center in accordance with the Mediation Act and the Rules of the selected\nmediation center or before the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) in the\ncase of a customer complaint to the Court of Honor, to which consumer rights are referred by the\nConsumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\">By accepting these terms of sale, the customer agrees to the provisions of these terms and accepts\nthat they form an integral part of the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n<style>\n#section_1973578930 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n  padding-bottom: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-701","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
