What personal data we collect and why
Comments
When visitors leave a comment on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
The contact forms on the website 7fit.hr contain first name, last name, and email address fields as mandatory fields. The contact forms are intended so that every visitor can ask general questions or questions about products in our offer. If you use our contact form, we will keep the data until you request deletion of all data you have sent us. We will not use your data for marketing purposes nor share it with third parties.
Whenever you send us a message through the contact form, the following data will be stored in our database: user name, email address, your message, the operating system you used, internet browser, browser version, the page from which you sent the message, IP address, and consent to our privacy terms. All listed data will be stored in the database used for the contact form and located on our server.
All this data will be stored on our server and used for support services or inquiries regarding our products and services.
Cookies
We will use cookies to track the contents of the cart while you browse our website.
If you leave a comment on our website, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.
If you have an account and log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.
Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If youselect “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and only indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. The cookie expires after 1 day.

Articles on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited that other website.

Analytics
The website 7fit.hr uses Google Analytics services to track demographic and other data regarding visits to our pages. The data we collect during your visits to the website is deleted after 14 months.
While you browse our website, we may track the following:

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email address, and phone number, which will be used to populate checkout fields for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue keeping it. For example, we store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.
Who on our team has access?
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, administrators and shop managers can access:
Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be sent, and customer information such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information. Messages sent through our contact forms as well as data collected by the system during communication.
Our team members have access to this information to fulfill orders, process refunds, and provide customer support.
Retention of user and event data
The retention period applies to user-level data and event-level data associated with cookies, user identifiers (e.g. User ID), and advertising identifiers (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android Advertising ID, Apple Identifier for Advertisers).
Data is automatically deleted when the retention period expires (14 months, once per month...)
Who we share your data with
Hucik-Consulting OÜ undertakes to provide protection of customers’ personal data in such a way that it:

collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations;

informs customers about the way collected data is used;

regularly gives customers the option to choose regarding the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data is kept strictly confidential and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. We do not share your data with third parties except when third-party services are necessary to confirm an order or payment. During payment processing, some data will beforwarded to the Revolut Gateway, including information necessary for processing or supporting the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
All employees of Hucik-Consulting OÜ and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
You may always request deletion of all data from our contact database.
What rights you have over your data
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request from us:
