Recommended Dosage

Loading Phase

During the first 7 days, take 3 servings daily.
One serving equals 5 g (1 teaspoon).
Take

• In the morning on an empty stomach
• Immediately after training
• Before bedtime

After completing the loading phase, a rapid increase in energy and strength during training can be observed.

Maintenance Phase

This phase lasts 21 days.
Take 1 serving daily (5 g):

• On training days: immediately after training
• On rest days: with a gainer or before bedtime
